The Frederick V. Pohle Colloquium Series in the History of Mathematics will present a talk by Lawrence A. D'Antonio on the topic Newton's Headache. The talk will be held at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York.

A public lecture will be presented at the Barnard's Inn Hall in London on the topic Euler's Equation: 'The Most Beautiful Theorem in Mathematics' by Professor Robin Wilson. This lecture is presented by Gresham College.

The British Society for the History of Mathematics will hold its Research in Progress meeting for research students in the history of mathematics in Shulman Auditorium at The Queen's College, Oxford. The senior speaker will be Catherine Goldstein on the subject Chessboards and numbers: the case of Henri Delannoy.
