The Seminar on Epistemology and History of Mathematical Ideas will meet at the Institut Henri Poincaré in Paris. The overall theme will be Sur la pensée mathématique de Leibniz, with Siegmund Probst speaking on the topic Leibniz et Roberval and Michel Serfati speaking on the topic Aspects majeurs de la pensée symbolique: La Nova Algebræ Promotio.

The Frederick V. Pohle Colloquium Series in the History of Mathematics will present a talk by John McCleary on the topic Max Dehn and Hilbert's Third Problem. The talk will be held at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York.

The 2nd International Conference on Mathematics Textbook Research and Development will be held in Rio de Janeiro. Plenary speakers at the conference include Ken Saito and João Bosco Pitombeira .

The Seminar on Epistemology and History of Mathematical Ideas will meet at the Institut Henri Poincaré in Paris. The speaker will be Jean-Pierre Kahane on the topic Lire Fourier.

The one-day conference A History of Mathematical Logic in Honour of Ivor Grattan-Guinness will be held at Birkbeck (University of London). The meeting is organized by the British Society for History of Mathematics and supported by the Department of Economics, Mathematics and Statistics at Birkbeck.

The 2017 CSHPM/SCHPM Annual Meeting will be held as part of the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario. The overall theme will be De l’épistémologie comparative: hommages à Gilles Gaston Granger, with Antoine Ruscio speaking on the topic La notion de pensée formelle chez Gilles-Gaston Granger and Michel Serfati speaking on the topic Sur les concepts mathématiques ‘naturels.’

The ARITHMOS seminar will meet at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Connecticut. This seminar will read additional selections from Newton's The Method of Fluxions (using the 1736 English translation by John Colson).
